Why doing nothing at all could enrich the subjects and strengthen the country?
Doing nothing at all refers to not let the country interfere people too much with its subjects. First of all, the so-called not to interfere means not to let government officers blackmail subjects. Second,it means the country not to force subjects to do things that they are not supposed to do.
A highly centralized system of government always makes their members do prescribed things against their will, even if that thing was very important and the way to do it was not bad. However, there are no ways and things that suit all situations, environments and circumstances. There is no such a brain which is more clever that all tens of thousands of brains adding up together properly. If this way and something is going wrong, then the result of the dictatorship will caused a full house of mistakes, no one will be spared.
Therefore, the worst form of government is that officials can do whatever they want, a regime which blackmails people.
The second worst is the authoritarian regime which is a clean form of government, but has to handle heavy public affairs.
A government which does nothing usually is better than the clean and authoritarian regime.
The best form of government is the democratic form of government.
The essence of democracy considers that government officials are the potential to cause social damage, the making of the laws and the composition of the government form mainly are being used to keep officials away from abusing their power so as to protect vulnerable people. The core of the essence of democracy is the separation of the three powers and it would rather let go a bad person, but not unfairly to blame a good man.
After a long history, people have groped their way through a tortuous road, paid a heavy price, to recognize the social organization's worst enemy---- the officials of society, and those who are being oppressed to the bottom of society are the poorest people. The discovery and establishment of democratic institution is an important mark of humans being mature, which brings social justice, balance and stability. Although those beneficiaries of those authoritarian societies with disparity in power still can't accept it, it's just a matter of time.
